OK guys... heres my deal...
6 weeks ago, i was at 310 at about 16% body fat, not too shabby i was definatly headin the PL route... BUT i had an unfortunate "accident"
at work, my manager threw a dvd player at me and it hit me in the mouth.
it cracked 9 of my teeth, and did all kinds of other crazy weird damage.. about 4000 dollars worth. i went and saw my dentist of course, and she was all like "omg soft food diet for you!" eating hard foods, would cause further damage to my teeth
a lawsuit is in progress because they denied my claim (fools i have it on the security tape!!) but anywho... now today, im at about 250 with prolly around 12-15% bodyfat... i enjoy the new look of course, not so big and bulky, but more toned
but thats 60 lbs i lost in 6 weeks, way dangerous amount. my power has dropped significantly, i just recently benched a new max tho... weird how that goes, but squat mainly has dropped like a rock, i could do 485x8 no problem, now i have trouble doing 185x5. im really considering starting up the 5x5 routine... but i need food to eat is my biggest thing, i cant eat any meats really, and i can only eat so many eggs
i just wanna know what all ya'll think
because all i want to do right now is hunt that fuc*er down and beat his mr potato head ass (seriously, he has a body shaped like mr potato head hes like 5'6" and 360 prolly never set foot in a gym in his life
) im not really gonna hurt or anything, im just rather... well pissed about it =/ that he would do something like that.. grrrrrrrrrr
