Eggs

i dont do raw whites as i heard it blocks the absorption of other vitamins ( but really there is a different report telling us a different thing everyday)... i have been getting powdered egg whites from bodybuilding. com which i just scoop into my morning protein shake (scoop of egg n a scoop of whey) but the powdered eggs are a little of a pain to work with.
i will eat 6 whole eggs in the morning and 4 or 5 at night too... my other meals are fairly lean so i do not worry about the fat.
