I have slightly high blood pressure, it's a hereditary thing. I'm currently doing my first "cycle" of 500mg Test/wk. And it got a little higher. I've done the donate blood thing, which helped, but that isn't really solving the problem. I'm in pretty good shape, low BF, I do cardio, I eat FANTASTIC, there is no caffeine in my day, etc. I should be looking pretty good. But I'm not. I would like to do a real cycle this fall, but I'm not going to be able to if I don't get this handled.
My Dr has put me on Lisinopril, which I was allergic too (gave me a cough). And Losartan which I am either allergic to or it just doesn't like me. It makes me feel like I have the flu.
Right now the only two things I am doing for BP is staying healthy and taking 1tbsp of flaxseed oil every morning.
I've poked around and seen some advice here and there on the board, but no "this is how you attack BP" thread. It seems from the responses I have seen that it is not that uncommon while cycling so I am hoping you guys can give me some ideas on how to combat this. I don't care if it involves chanting and cutting of chicken heads, whatever works.
Thanks
