End of cycle, post cycle therapy (pct) questions

Next time take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle as well as post cycle therapy (pct). Aromasin is the favored pct Aromatase inhibitor (AI), not arimidex. Here's how I would personally pct if i was taking this cycle....
12.5mg/Ed Aromasin *
40/40/20/20/20 Nolvadex **
* Start at 12.5mg/Ed and get blood work to see where your estrogen levels stand, adjust dose if needed
** Wk 1-2: 40mg/Ed, Wk 3-5: 20mg/Ed
Do more research man. I've personally posted this exact same information about 20times in the past week, so there are plenty of threads on this board alone that can educate you on damn near everything you need to know about cycle,oct,pct, you name it.

should be your personal opinion on running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) along side or not
I only run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when stacking compounds, other then that just doing a Test only cycle i never run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but to each there own

i dunno never have run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during test only cycles and never had a prob following up with clomid and nolvadex combo for my pct bro

I've run Test E Only@ 750mg/Wk for 10 weeks and never actually experienced the sides of heightened estrogen levels, but my post cycle blood work showed my estrogen levels were in fact high. Just because you're running a test only cycle(even at lower doses) doesn't mean your estrogen levels will not jump. And just because you aren't really showing signs of high estrogen levels, doesn't mean they aren't. Does everyone's? No. But I personally would rather run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at a low dose during cycle to prevent estrogen from elevating, then adjust dose according to blood work done during the cycle.
The sides of Clomid effect me to the point where i literally can not stand to take it. I've taken Clomid alone and paired with Nolvadex...pairing them had absolutely no difference for me. Does this happen to everyone? No. Like you said, to each his own.
Nolvadex will target the rehabilitation of test, the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is to simply keep estrogen levels in check while waiting for your test levels to regulate. EDIT: Although studies show AI's have the ability to increase test levels to a certain degree as well.
YET ANOTHER EDIT: While I may not have experienced any sides from high estrogen levels during that Test E cycle, if I had run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and kept my estrogen levels regulated, it's possible that I could have gotten better gains from the cycle.

Should have dosed it during cycle at .5mg/EoD. If you want to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct), get Aromasin.

All things are temporary.
Everything here has been covered pretty well. All I would like to add is that a .5mg EoD of adex is fine on cycle, but be prepared to drop it to maybe .5 E3D or .25 EoD while on pct.
