how much of a deficit are you in? unless your doing a fairly extreme deficit there is certainly no need for you to be doing a refeed once a week.... Especially not at approx 3200 calories. You are not nearly lean enough to require refeeds that often otherwise. Also the above in bold makes me wonder how "structured" your refeeds even are. ALL the fats you consume on these days are going back into your body stores.

So back to square one.... your diet probably still sucks :p

Its good to see your trying to do good for yourself but you need to loose the negativity towards others criticism and maybe this thread would have turned out better but thats me not you good luck dude

Have you ever considered crossfit? I hear they have hug sessions and just sit around and compliment each other post workout. Face it, your physique sucks no matter what you weigh... maybe bodybuilding aint for you.
