I'm dumbfounded that people think constructive criticism is trolling....

Matt has been on Trenbelone for almost half a year along with numerous other AAS, and to be honest his gains both bulking and cutting have been miniscule.

If he continues to post his pics for critique on here - he has to bare in mind that we have to consider the whole picture...

Videos posted of him training with shocking form.
Long lists of AAS that he is taking.
Training regimes that he is openly publicising but clearly knows nothing about the purpose they were intended to be used for.

So when people look at his latest pic, consider all of the above - and then critique (either favourably or not)
Matt should take whatever is said on the chin.

We can only judge him on the information he puts in front of us.

That's the last you'll hear from me on the subject!

BigBen :)

Yeah my thoughts as well lol

Stoped tren feb 12th, so do the math alomst a couple months off tren and on my cruise dose 200mg a week, no other compounds added, not clen, not t3, nothing but my diet and training
Not gonna blast for another month or so till I reach my goal leaning out, then maintain over the summer months or whatever my coach chooses me to do so
As far as refeeds somebody posted why refeed once a week lol
Refeeds are benifitical not only physically but mentally on a low carb diet plan, look at the whole picture on refeeds, people that dont do refeeds or cheat meals every once in awhile end up failing on there diet

My refeed day is sunday, I have set macro's I follow but also choose to eat whatever I feel like that I crave during the week, keeping my fat intake low, carbs high, pro moderate

In about a few weeks to a month I will be blasting away again with some test and higher tren, been a few months on my cruise now and gonna fill out just nicely :)
Still going to continue on my cut on trenBy that time my diet will consist of high pro, fibrous carbs to get that lean dry look :)

how much of a deficit are you in? unless your doing a fairly extreme deficit there is certainly no need for you to be doing a refeed once a week.... Especially not at approx 3200 calories. You are not nearly lean enough to require refeeds that often otherwise. Also the above in bold makes me wonder how "structured" your refeeds even are. ALL the fats you consume on these days are going back into your body stores.

So back to square one.... your diet probably still sucks :p

The refeed day especially confuses me, especially with reported 30lbs weight loss in six (? I think?) weeks - five pounds per week is quite a bit and the diet doesn't seem to line up with that tbh, in the absence of GRAMS OF TREN per week or dnp

The proof is in the puddin'... dudes shredded.

I guarantee his answer will be" I'm not training for strength so o dont know my max, I'm cutting" ...excuses for everything. Im still convinced he's dread or stone just fucking with us.

Ive been reading this thread the last couple days a very entertaining read I must say (no offence intended to anyone) :shoot3:

Just left the doctors office. Got hired for a new job today and went to do my hair follicle test and physical. Just now wondering what the hot nurse thought when she did my hernia check lol. All cock no balls

Bro, I am consuming riht now 2170 cals per day 20% below matainance, also why not refeeds man, like I said refeeds are benifical mentally and physcially, I still follow my set macros for my refeed day, I just eat whatever I like as long as it fits my macros, tell me how I am loosing 4 to 5 lbs if its not benifical what so ever

Oh yeah forgot to mention my diett also consist of drinking diet pop atlesst 2l a day haha and still dropping pounds, so the people that argued that point before are also wrong too
No cardio, drinking diet pop, but sticking to my diet plan to a tee, results obviously show, will have to postmore pics up in another 4 weeks lol
