tbh im not really seeing a whole lot of change for 20lb + weight change. maybe its because i dont clearly remember your first pic. maybe post a before next to a 6 weeker for a bit of a reference.
 
Yeah, juxtapose the two pics and maybe try getting someone to take a decent, focused an not grainy, picture of you.
 
Your looking cut Matt ; look at the bicep/delt peak , didnt have that before . And you got abs ! Dont listen to the bozo's , do you see them changing their avatar"s ? NO. Do you see them putting up weekly pics ? NO. Do you see them picking on someone because their training is going no where ? YES. Keep doin what your doin and dont go back to bulking , your just now getting there....~Bo
 
I laugh at most of your posts, but good progress man. Do get clearer pics for yourself as well, you'll enjoy looking back and knowing where you've been. Do you have a physique or weight goal for the end of this run? Don't recall if you are running T3 alongside this cut, but if not, you should. It's fucking magic.
 
Not going to criticize your physique because I can barely see it...

You need to spend 3 minutes on Google looking up "How to take a picture"
 
Matt..hey buddy., been a while since I've checked in on your progress. I can clearly see progress man. Keep it up bro. You must be liking that new gear you got.
 
Matt don't take this the wrong way but your training is totally wrong. Your following a mass building program while your in a deficit trying to cut. For losing 30 lbs you still can't see your abs and with that type of weightloss they should be poppin. I know you don't like cardio I don't either, but if you really do truly wanna get shredded you gotta bite the bullet and add some in
 
Really why I joined a happier and better ass site after I got banned, not cause I want hand claps or congrats, just posting pics up once a month for u guys to critique on my physique, I honeslty dont know what some of u think is going to happen over a 6 weeks period lol, but it takes time cut, some of u really wanna blame your lack of knowledge to fellow members here cause I guess it makes u look better or something

Not trying to argue with u bro, but the dorian yates proggy isa perfect proggy to be on a cut, keeps your strength up to the max with high intensity training, I am actually believe it or not making strength gains on this cut while loosing 1% bf per week, got about another 8 weeks on this cut then maintain
