IMO, go to LGSCIENCES.com and pick up some speed v2 and some BCAA\EAA.
The best part of BCAAS is that you do not have to reduce you calories and it leans you out especially in the mid section---just read some of Polquins stuff.
I count my BCAAS against my protein intake.
Myself being an althete it def helps w\performance.
