I normally don't run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with epi simply for this reason. It has good anti-e effects on me as well.

I'll put this to rest the right way. IBE was the original founder of the chemical found in epistane. They were the ones who spent countless hours sythesizing it, finding the purest way to do it, etc etc. RPN found out about the chemical, quickly botched some up and threw a label on it before IBE. On the label, they are the same compound. IBE is a much better company, if you really read into how they handle their chemical synthesis. I would rather buy from IBE than RPN anyday.

Also, if this thread turns into a big Havoc vs. Epistane debate, I will be sure to have a Mod put an end to it. This thread is for educational purposes and for users to ask questions and post results. This isn't BB.com.

thanks perfection, i appreciate your opinion. i wasn't trying to incite a debate...no need to get worked up. you seem to wreak of IBE bias though which isnt the greatest way to make a point. i dont care either way and there is no way to find out without trying some myself. I did order epistane which i will be starting in a few weeks. ill let you know how it goes. im expecting great things!

thanks bro, i'm using EQ and not Bold Prop. But my Test will carry on for another 2 weeks after my last EQ, so i start Epistane after my last Test P? if that the case, i should start post cycle therapy (pct) only after 4 week of Epistane and not 3-5 days after my last Test shot right.

Haha no prob man. I've just been a big supporter of IBE/IR since back in the day. Let me know how it goes.

Sounds like you know what your doin. I would start the epistane 2 weeks before your last EQ shot. Run it for 4 weeks, up until the day before post cycle therapy (pct). Stop the test prop 3-5 days before post cycle therapy (pct). Epi will help get estrogen in control before you go completely off.

So say you were running a 10 week cycle.

Week 1-11.5 - Test Prop
Week 1-10 Eq (2 weeks still in blood stream after last shot)
Week 9-12 Epistane (30/30/30/40)
Start post cycle therapy (pct) exactly after 2 weeks from last EQ shot, 3 -5 days after last prop shot, and day after last epistane dose.

thanks for the wonderful advice bro, got to do some calculation, will do up a plan, so everything fall into place jus nicely. will back count the days, it's easier that way haha.
 
No, that is not correct. They are the same chemical based on the label. I've discussed this once and will not again. This board if for education not argument.

Yea...SD is going to make you lethargic, get some gyno, etc. Its harsh as hell. You would see more overall gains from SD, but the sides are horrible. Its like poison. I would deff first try an epistane cycle and see how you react to it before you take any SD.
 
Thanks PA. The sides are the reason it has taken me so long to even bring myself to take it. I'll order a couple of bottle of this stuff and see how it goes. I'm probably going to take it by itself, but still run a nolva post cycle therapy (pct) to be safe.

That sounds like a lot better plan than the SD, and yes I would run it by itself if it's your first cycle, and of course use a good post cycle therapy (pct) as always.
