EQ only cycle.

Has anyone ever done an EQ only cycle with good results? I am considering running 400g week for 10 weeks, this is my first cycle and I am not looking to gain large amounts of mass.

I am 25 years old been lifting of and on for 4 years. 6'4 240lbs around 20% bodyfat. Down from 32% BF

I now have my diet in order and do 5+ hours a week of cardio. My goal is to lose body fat and increase LBM.

Would this be a good cycle or should I add Winstrol (winny) weeks 5-10, Should I worry about gyno? I was thinking abount getting some Nolv just in case.

you are gonna have guys bombard you with "add test add test" yeah it won't hurt to add test and probably is your best bet, but eq only at that dose (maybe 600mg) for that period of time will do wonders for you i believe....yes have nolva on hand but most likely you won't need it...currently i am running eq and Winstrol (winny) together and it is giving me unbelievable strength and im only on the 3rd week...keep your goals straight and you should be on your way.....welcome bro
 
p.s. i have gained 10 lbs from this cycle(the eq Winstrol (winny) is the 2nd half of my cycle) and dropped from 12% bf to about 9.5%
 
Bro the fat reducing effects of steroids arent too great but if you happen to get down to around 10% maybe a little less around the cycle throw in some Winny... 50mg/EOD and some Proviron... Cycle would look like this

EQ for 10 weeks:400mg

Winny from week 3 to 10: 50mg EOD(injecting is better in my opinion but you might want to knock it down to 25 mg if you go oral)

Proviron 100mg/day from week 5 to 10(will block aromatization from the EQ, and even free up more of it, also offers some good hardness with the and works GREAT with the winny!)

sicne its your first cycle you could half the dosage of Proviron to 50mg/day, EQ to 300mg/week and Winstrol (winny) to 25 mg EOD.. Good luck and remember you need LOW BODYFAT to run this cycle to an extent so work on your fat stores and this cycle will give you cuts of a life time!
 
For your goals, eq only should do the trick. However, you may wanna add a maintenance dose of test, say atleast 200mg EOW just to keep functioning properly.
 
for me eq seems like a waste to run on its own, not very strong. Doesn't seem to do much for me. If you want to cut, steroids aren't going to do it for you, espeically eq, i would run some test. It is stronger and should allow you to retain mass better i would think than eq. Just my opinion, now tren test would probably be ideal. but i think you said this is your first cycle.
 
I hate to disagree with my fellow Mod, but 400mg of EQ is a solid first cycle.

Its a steroid that you can use to get the feel of steroids...so to speak.

Take it for 10 weeks. You will start to see steady gains around week 5 and if you focus on diet and training, you should see 10-15lbs on quality muscle.

Remember, you must eat to maintain the new muscle post cycle. You will need the extra cals to keep the weight on.

I also like using one steroid so you can see how each affects you. EQ ia mild, but that is what you should want for a first cycle!

Maybe, but at 20% bodyfat he shouldn't be trying to gorge himself to get that 10-15 lbs. He should be trying to shed some of that, and on a low carb diet, i think test would probably help him hold on to the muscle he has better. Like i said this is just my opinion, and based on my own limited experience with eq.

And if we all agree, this place would be damn boring. ;)

That's it....you can go on for ever thinking of what cycles would work, they almost all would. If it's your first time, you can shed fat and gain some mass for sure IF you eat and train very well. I never understood peoples fear of test. Running it at 400-500mg with a low carb diet, will preserve mass very well, much better than eq in my opinion. i also can't see many sides at that dose. I would just like to know why he chose eq to run alone. Everyone has made good points, but my opinion will not be swayed. :)
 
If i was at 20% I'd go 500 test and possibly add tren at 75 eod.

It seems that youre trying to cut so don't expect much size, just try to conserve lbm.
 
EQ ALONE WORKED GREAT FOR ME BUT I ADDED PROVIRON 50MG A DAY WITH IT TO HELP KEEP ME HARD. I RAN THIS CYCLE FOR 20 WEEKS. I WOULD NOT ADD TEST TO THIS CYCLE IF YOU ARE REALLY LOOKING TO STAY HARD. YOU COULD ADD TREN OR Winstrol (winny) THOUGH. GOOD LUCK.
 
I still love EQ!! Even by itself! IT cause slow quality gains, which is great for maintianing! The slower the gains, the easier it is for your body to want to accept it!

Of course you arent going to get huge gains, but it is a solid drug to maintain or raise LBM while cutting!

I'm with JCP2....Test would be a better choice for 2 reasons
1) Test should always be one's choice of gear as a first cycle.
2) Moreover.....Test hands down is a better anti-catabolic than EQ...........any day of the week!!!!

Although I love test, I admire a person that wants to start slow.

I really dont know that Test is more anti catabolic. I really dont know what that has to do with anything while on. I cant see anyone going into a catabolic state while on 20 mg of anavar.

I also feel since EQ doesnt aromatize nearly as much as test, that you will see a lot less estrogen related fat deposits throughout the cycle.

Anyway...that can be fixed with and Anti-A or Anti-E.

Test is best!! But there is nothing at all wrong with 400mg of EQ for 10 weeks for a first cycle! Nothing at all.

All reasons given are all opinions and thats fine, as the opinions arent wrong, but lets not shoot down EQ as its a remarkable substance!
 
i put on 15 pounds off eq alone, took 200mg ew for 10 weeks got hard as a rock and very vascular almost sick looking, but i love it.

I'm also a big fan on EQ. I have used Ttokkyo, QV, and Denkall's and love the results. Added about 5-8lbs of lbm to my frame while loosing a significant amount of bf %. The vascularity that I got from EQ was awesome too!
 
I would do 400mgs for at least 12 weeks but I beleive you ccould get best results at 600mgs for 12-15 weeks.
