I was just wondering how eq works by it self Im interested in cardio workouts like 1 hr circuit training , kettlebells in spring . in winter i lift more convectional . in fall / winter I ran 8 weeks of sus 250 1 cc a week I felt good physically and mentally but I did get a couple of dizzy spells , and 4-5 weeks after the cycle I got a couple of dizzy spells thats way I am thinking of running EQ solo but , I might do the 2 together sus 250 and EQ any thoughts will help
