i'll be taking Eq than for post cycle therapy (pct) im taking Nolvadex it will be my first cycle what do u think
 
Your personal stats (height, weight, age, training experience, cycle experience, etc.) would also be helpful.

How can you say that, you have no idea what he's doing other than probably EQ only. Bro, you need to give your full cycle (compounds, doses, length) in specifics, and the same for your PCT. Complete stats (all body measurements, lifting history, current training regimin), as well as your whole diet (an average days food written out, plus your average #'s like total cals, protein/carbs/fat, including supplements taken).
With this info, we can help you in all areas, not just you drug regimine. As you'll find out, these other areas are the key to making or breaking your progress during your cycles and maintaining your gains.
Come back with this info and I'll be happy to help you plan something that will work.
 
cycle for 12 weeks first 3 weeks 200mg of eq next 6 weeks 400mg of eq last 3 weeks 200mg of eq after two weeks i will start nolvadek at 20mg a day for 3 weeks i way 210 and im 5-11

Age? Training experience? Are you 210 pounds of muscle (I doubt it), kind of fat, or what?

Goals? To just gain mass or to slim up, for example?
 
i'm 17 i have 17% bf i want to gain mass but not to much i'm just starting i begin working out last december

I'll leave you with this. You are WAY to young to use steroids and in fact, it would be a very big mistake for you to use steroids.

But not to worry. You can add substantial mass fairly quickly and WITHOUT steroids. I have done it myself; added 65 pounds in 14 months without cycling. It takes proper training and a good diet. Good diet means lots of calories and lots of protein.

Focus on the big three lifts: bench, deadlift and squat. Squat deep. Watch your form.

Do NOT be afraid to eat, even though you probably want to cut your bf%. Doing so will only serve to severely limit your gains. Increasing mass comes with a calorie surplus.
