Slight gains if any. The last cycle I added EQ to was around 800 per week. Just be prepared for a long enough period to get it working for you. I enjoy EQ as a nice mild stacker good during the summer slim-up period for myself. Not much bloat with it. But Ive always stacked EQ with something else, 800 EQ and Test at 500 would be a nice combo depending on your cycle experience, age etc.
