Everyone I need major help lowing my T

low test

New member
Hello everyone,

I have androgen deficiency or something much like it, google image that if you do not know what it is, absolutely horrible and have had it all my life (i'm 22).

Basicly no doctor I have seen wants to give me testosterone Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) including endocrinologist, Urologist and 10 normal gps.

My uncle had the same thing and they injected him and now he's fine but hes testosterone was below 288.1844 ng/dL (10 nmol/L).

The "normal" ranges for uk is 288.1844 ng/dL - 864.5533 ng/dL (10-30 nmol/L)

I have a blood test tuesday and my last two test where 13 nmol/L and second was 12 nmol/L (after an all nighter).

I am so close to actually having a life and have till 25th, tuesday, 8:30 in the morning to lower this sh*t all ideas all will be great as will research them all.

Apparently even though my body is a complete mess they will get prosecuted if they give out testosterone if its not under 10 nmol/L's even though its in the family? some 1 run me the f over if it doesn't go below 10! Please help and thanks in advance.

Plan so far: just bought 2 creates of energy drinks try to keep sleep to a minimum, no sun whatsoever not going out for no one, all blinds are closed will probably make me really depressed but worth it as apparently being in the sun been scientifically proven to raise T.

Drink so much night b4, try not to sleep and eat the biggest breakfast in the world, increase that insulin.

Birth control pills getting some now f it im not living like this any longer.

ALL ideas are welcome ima do them all!

I don't know if taking the birth control pills for their estrogen is going to help lower your T. I do know it will make you feel like total shit though. I wouldn't take that.

Good luck getting a prescription for TRT.

If you want to find out how to lower your T before a test, just google search it. There are plenty of methods that people use, using birth control pills is not one of them.

Man, every time I see the UK's range for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I feel for you guys. Makes no sense to me as that range includes ALL men from 18-80 in varying stages of health. I wouldn't take the birth control pills either as they don't just contain estradiol (carcinogen by the way), but contain norgestimate which I have no clue what it could do to your body. I don't like to give advice on how to lower your testosterone as I feel many out there would like to scam the system, but I can say that your levels are already very close to the border-line so sleep deprivation could most certainly drop you within range. Alcohol consumption is another way to do this, but please drink responsibly. ;)

My .02c :)

I'm from the UK, and recently got prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - although I warn you, it won't do you much good. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is prehistoric in this country. No Aromatase inhibitor (AI), no HCG, they've never even heard of testosterone cypionate. They'll start you on a trial of gels (which have made me feel all over the place, and sent my E2 up to 5 times what it should be), the other option being 10-12 weekly injections of testosterone undecanoate (nebido). I've ended up self-medicating with test cyp, arimidex and HCG procured from the Silk Road.

My first test came back at 11 nmol/L (about 320 ng/dL), and only through sheer bloody-minded persistence when I saw my GP about the results did he refer me to a urologist.

Your best angle is sexual dysfunction. Tell them you have no libido, and it's severely impacting your quality of life. At worst, if the GP thinks you might have a physical problem, you can get the referral to a urologist, and he's more likely to prescribe testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if you present with the symptoms of hypogonadism.

If you want to drive your T as low as possible, cut out all fats from your diet. Cholesterol is a necessary precursor for the production of testosterone. You'll feel pretty depressed though I warn you. I'd been on a strict low-fat cutting diet when I presented with a level of 320. After I started eating more fats again, it went back up to 440. Still too low for a 31 year old man such as myself, but I did feel a bit better.

Good luck.

they've never even heard of testosterone cypionate

In the UK they would be familiar with testosterone enanthate and not cypionate but they are basically interchangeable.

Ah really? That's interesting, perhaps I should have tried to pursue that option. I'll get back in touch with my urologist - if it can be sourced through him, that'll make things easier.

I got your message by the way pal, but I just can't reply until I hit 50 posts. Apoplogies for hijacking the thread, I just didn't have any other way of communicating.

Good, then now you won't have to wait much longer for me to send you more info!
