Depends on whether you're talking about hirsutism or hypertrichosis. Androgens can cause both, but that may not be the cause in your case. Google both these terms and do some research to see which one more accurately describes your situation then go see a dermatologist about it. In some cases, they may recommend anti-androgen medications that will interfere with your testosterone levels---which may be counterproductive if you want to do a cycle. But there are other options.
You could consider electrolysis. This is not cheap, especially if you need to do it over a large body area, and you will likely have to repeat the procedure a few times to get permanent results. You could also try laser therapy. This too may require multiple treatments. In the case of hypertrichosis, they may recommend an adrenal suppressant like dexamethasone. Finally, there is a drug called eflornithine (marketed as Vaniqa). It is a cream that is reportedly very effective in women who use it to get rid of unwanted facial hair. I've never heard of any clinical studies done for its use on other body areas, but look that up as well. Maybe you could give it a try and see if it helps.
