Expired AA/Vitamin mix still good?

I was given a bottle of this amino acid and vitamin mix that expired in 10/02 but I was told that the people at the store said it was good. It was given to me by a friend that works at the gym where the store is. They said they just couldn't sell it because it was expired. It has things like Vitamin B6, Potassium Mangnesium Aspartate/Citrate, Chromium, L-Lysine, Glycine, L-Omithene, etc... What do you guys and ladies think?

its probably still good... i work at GNC and alot of expired products are still fine

if it's still sealed and it has been kept in cool/dry conditions, it should be fine.

but otherwise, I won't take it.

check for strange colors (color spots) or odors.

you just want to be careful.
