I recently bought a 5lbs tube of MyoFusion Protein.
I like it but it give me extreme gas.
I usually just drink one shake (two scoops, approx. 50gr protein) post work out.
I work out at night and take it around 830pm.
The gas i get is so bad it keeps me up at night.
If i manage to get to sleep, the pain wakes me up.
Anybody got tips for reducing the gas?
