EXTREME joint pains from winnie.... need suggestions

Its a Celebration Bitches
i just had one of the worst workouts of my life... after warming up and 2 sets of incline i left the gym and came home... a wasted 45 min trip both there and 45 min back... wasted week for chest

i started taking 55mgs of Winstrol (winny) yesterday, and after swimming in the pool i noticed that my elbow was sore... today was the second day and my joint pains from lifting were indeed crippling... by that i mean both elbows, both wrists, joints in my fingers, and knees after a short jog...

A few of the reps i thought i was actually going to drop the bar on my chest.

my sole purpose for taking deca this cycle was to prevent joint pains, and @ 200 mgs a week its obviously not doing the trick (ive been on deca now for 5 weeks).

this pisses me off more than anything because over the past 3 months i have worked SO hard to lose bf... im on clen, T3, tren, and follow the anabolic diet down to a tee... 3 months ago my bf was 6% higher... now that i am this lean there is no way in HELL im going to stop the 50 days of winstrol i just bought.

what the fuck can i do at this point???? should i increase deca to 400 mg's a week? that means im going to have to get more deca too. Should i eat Ibuprofin like candy before i work out???

oh and BTW the last thing i want to hear is bullshit like "its in your head you have only been taking it for 2 days"...... 2 days ago i felt awesome, and could work out as hard as i wanted without even worrying about sore joints.

in the mean time ill take half a dozen ibuprofins and try to do some pushups:mad:

its in your head , youve only been taking it 2 days :D just kidding
im not doubting your having symptoms/joint pain but im not so sure its the winnie this soon . it could very well be a coincidence that it started about the same time you started winnie . first thing i would do is start msm at 2-4 grams a day for a week or 2 then drop to 1-2 grams a day till i was off cycle . also try a neoprene elbow sleeve combined with a sportrub like icyhot, mineral ice, etc. put the sportsrub on generously and rub it in once its about dry put on the sleeve this will really cook it in before you go to the gym . when not at the gym alternate ice and heat .

This is the reason I am glad I decided to NOT buy any Winstrol. I have enough joint pain. LOL

should i increase the deca to 400/week?

dadawg i know it seems possible that it might not be the winstrol, but last week i could incline 315 5 times for my last set, and today doing pushups is giving me aching pains from all of my joints in my upper body.

i have had problems with joint pains over 6 months ago, and have been on glucosamine ever since

Its the winny.

Try upping the deca, if that does not help drop the Winstrol (winny). You can get something else to give you the results you are looking for!

i know... but im a college student and tuition, books, rent, food etc. must be paid for... every time i think i have everything i need somthing like this happens......

i just bought some more deca and enough MSM to last me till christmas. Prediction: none of the above will work and i will have to spend 200+ bucks on masteron or var:(

just stop the Winstrol (winny) for a couple days and see if things return to normal. if not, you have an answer. if so, you can always start back up at half the dose.

If it affected you in one day, I would think that you could recover in a day or so as well.

the added BF loss affects joints as well. i am not a clen, t3 fan but i am not a BBer either. upping the deca may help but it will be 3-4 weeks before you know. 200mg/w is a low dose, well for me anyway. drop the V for a few days and see what happens. you may have a bug or something. bro i hope this helps but its part of the game. working around injuries and the like. you can keep loosing BF and go lighter for a while if need be.

this is why I hate Winstrol (winny), its one of the best result producers for me but also gives me the worst sides, horrible acne welts being one and joint pain being the other major issue. Ill warmup, do 1 set and my joints are shot for the rest of the workout. Iv been trying to drink extra water, havent tried glucosamine yet.

classic example of how folks respond to different hormones. Winstrol (winny) has never done anything but give me good strength increase and hepl control sides from tren. i have heard others say it affected their joints. I have never had this prob. weird huh?

I had joint pain so bad I could not brush my teeth in the moring.
Holding my arm up to brush my teeth just killed my shoulder joints.
It was pitiful. Couldnt help but laugh at myself.. big MF who could not even hold a tooth brush up.

I started taking:

1000 mg vit C ed
400 IU vit E ed
B-6 500mg ed
cranberry extract 800 mg ed
ALA 100mg ed
1.5-2 gallons of water ed

But what I really think did the trick was taking 1 TBS of emulsified Super MaxEPA (fish oil concentrate) ed

All joint pain was gone in a week.

I am in my 8th week on a fina and test cyp only cycle.

daan69, if it really is the Winstrol (winny) and you don't want to hav wastes your money, just make a profit off of it. You only took 2 shots so you can still get at least your money back.

Deca, MSM, Flax Oil, Glucosamine, Chondroitin.........all good stuff with helping combat Winny's horrible side effect of joint pain.

Be sure to give this cocktail a try:

Hydrolyzed gelatin - Gelatin provides the components of collagen, which is the basis of connective tissue found in skin, ligaments, cartilage, vertebral discs, joint linings, capillary walls, and the bones and teeth.

Glucosamine sulfate - Glucosamine is a major component of cartilage. It helps the body make synovial fluid—an important joint lubricant—and proteoglycans—the large, shock absorbing molecules found in cartilage.

Chondroitin sulfate - Chondroitin is a derivative of glucosamine that supports the strength and flexibility of all connective tissues in the body.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) - MSM is a natural, nutritional source of biologically active sulfur. MSM provides the body with the raw materials it requires to remanufacture protein and connective tissues. MSM should also be added because of its anti-inflammatory effect on injured joints.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - Ascorbic acid is a good addition because it is essential for the synthesis of collagen and the reconstruction of connective tissues in the body.

Flax Oil (Omega 3's and Omega 6's) Have you ever noticed that when you are really lean, you tend to have more pain in your joints? Of course while on Winstrol (winny) this is apparant too! Polyunsaturated fats help to lubricate your joints and help them move "freely". If you suffer from tendonitis, polyunsaturated fat may also help reduce the inflamation that causes your pain. Both Omega 3 and Omega 6 are the two main types of polyunsaturated fats and they can be found in flax oil, Borage Seed Oil, Fish Oil, Udo's OIL.

Here's another interesting product: http://steroidology.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=44912&highlight=adequan

Thanks a bunch Dr V.

im hoping i can continue this winny... i dropped my 600mg's of dandellion root (natural dieuretic) and a few other things that might have been drying me out.

i ordered tons of glucosamine/chrondrointin and MSM

as a backup plan, i bought another 50 days worth of Tren A just in case i have to stop taking winny.
