Extremely acne-prone...what to avoid, what to take, etc?

Hey Mister

If you are extremely acne-prone as I am, what steroids does one absolutely avoid?

I have also read that some people found a side-benefit to taking liquidex was that it helped with their acne...anyone find this to be the case?

Steroids cause a change in hormones which is one of the main causes for ACNE.

As for what to take, I can't really tell you since I'm not very educated on this subject. I'm part of a very lucky few who don't get acne :)

Also, at my local grocery store, i found some Tea Tree Oil/Witch Hazel combination really cheap, which i think would be an awesome combination

Exkon, ur lucky as a mofo that u dont get any acne...for me when i ran Sustanon (sust) only i didnt so much as see one pimple the whole time i was on, but 4 weeks after my back and chest looked as if i had the measels... right now the dbol is giving me my fair share, but once i started taking 3g's a day of B-5 its gone away some.

really anything u take chances are ur gonna get some acne, so just take the precautions, use a back scrubber in the shower, take 2 showers a day...i found some pan-oxyl soap at the drugstore also, thats working wonders as well..

good luck
rip

If its bad...10 grams is usually needed of b-5. My ex-wife used to go on the acne boards and they said 10 grams ED for a month and then lower to 3 grams as a maintenance. Gugglesterones help as well as EFA's

Retain-A
Differin work good.

I used Retain-A and it helped. I also use anti bacterial soap. Acne is a bitch for me. I had to go as far as turn to human grade gear and see if it helps. Human gear should be cleaner.
That did help.....no ACNE right now. Little bit left over from the other cycle.
Always keep your body clean. If you can't shower at the gym bring a clean shirt w/ you so you can wear it after. Go home and then shower.

Well of course those products are going to work! They are the most widely prescibed medications!

Also, human grade gear will only decrease the money in your wallet. Acne is caused by the actions of the gear, not how pure or impure it is!

How pure or impure the gear is makes a huge difference bro.
If the gear is made better w/ less bacteria you have a less of a chance to get acne.
If you have some half as gear dirty and cheap you will have more acne.
I think its logic. If you put something dirty in your body you will react negatively towards it.
This is base on my own experience w/ gear and I truly believe it.
Cleaner your gear=less acne for people who are prone to it.

I have had two long rounds of Accutane.......The thing about is it is expensive........You can get generic and IP........Personally i wouldn't go near it......I am using Eq. and Testosterone so far not to bad......Though i am taking Doxycycline and i have Retin-A as well.....

I have heard that anti-estrogens help......I asked the question two or three times on the thread but nobody would answer??? If you suffer with it you will seek answers....

Several showers per day helps tremendously....

Retin-A is in some ways a miracle drug......It not only helps acne...If this is important it smooths out fine lines and wrinkles on the skin and gives it a more youthful apperance........It is expensive.....

Bacteria in gear probably won't contribute towards causing acne. Steroids cause acne because they bind to the AR in skin, causing the sebaceous glands to produce too much sebum which gets caught.

thank you. this man is right.
human gear vs vet gear has nothing to do with acne.

Your right bro.....

I'm speaking from my own experience......when I would run lets say T200 Brovel and (EQ) cycle I would get lots more acne then running Test enathat ICN and(EQ)......
I personally think that bacteria plays a role in it too. my .02

Now that I just tried all human gear this past cycle I had no acne.

Go figure:dunno:
