EZ bar grip question

My personal pref is wide-grip. Narrow grip hurts my wrists and I can feel my front delts doing too much work with narrow.

With my experience, the narrow grip forces my shoulders in. Wide-grip allows me to keep my elbows at my side with shoulders in regular position.

Maybe that's due to my physique...everyone is different.

when i train wide grip, the back end of my bicep (near my shoulder) gets a sick workout. the next morning its just sore as hell. when i do close/normal grip, i just feel it up top
