dont believe any of the bull shit in flex magazine in their new one (march 2005 chris cook on cover) they give you ways to calculate your rep max and they couldnt be more wrong i do my set at 275 (bench for 5 reps) and when i caluated my 1 rep max from what weight i do for 10 it didnt even reach the weight i use for 5 reps haha lol sorry bout post just needed to rant
 
The only max calculator that is off for me, is the Men's Health one. It depends on your own level of training and fiber type distribution. I am starting to get to the point though where my endurance does not match my 1RM, which is via CNS training - and on things like bench, leg drive which I dont do on 10 rep sets.

The first one in my sig is the one I use.
