F***ed up my first cycle?

Hey guys, yes i'm a newbie and this is my first post on here. Stupid of me, but I kind of jumped the gun and just listened to some advice from my buddies without researching enough online first. I started my first cycle of OT only around 3 days ago with a plan of using 50g ED of clomid for 3-4 weeks after the OT cycle of 4 weeks. But when i researched more, realized that was a huge mistake.

I feel pretty stupid about it, but my question is this: I want to get some test-e but it would take a couple of weeks for me to get my hands on it, in which case my tbol cycle would be over halfway done... could i start up a test-e cycle while halfway into my tbol cycle already? or should I just wait until i finish my tbol cycle and pct, then get the test-e and run test-e only (i heard test-e only is a good first cycle to do).

I know i f***ed up, but I want to fix it now, any helpful advice would do. Thanks guys.
 
I think at this point you could keep running Tbol at you could lower dose to lowest effective dosage and then you run the Test-e along with it when it arrives & increase the t-bol back to higher dose having used the t-Bol as a way of jump starting the test-e cycle.

it is not the worst screw up you could of made but a good lesson to research and have all gear before you start

gym buddies and friends can be worst source of info especially if they trying to sell gear or want someone to run with them

The lowest t-Bol dose depends on quality of gear and your stats ...

I think 30-40 may be okay until your test e comes

you can run Tbol for 4-6 so if your test E cones for week 2 or 3 of Tbol you'd still have a good 3-4 weeks of the stack

then you can continue running test e and keep your total cycle length 12-14weeks

this is just me giving you a general idea.

You could of done a test only cycle but since you started the t Bol up already

also you could stop the tbol and just wait for the test to come .. a few days of Tbol may or may not shut you down but won't matter when test comes you'll be shut down at any rate

But countless dudes do not follow this.

I think he should get the test e for sure and either moderate dose Tbol or stop immediately

I think either is ok as long as he is old enough to be using gear
 
Thanks for the good info! I think I'll just keep the tbol running, and i am running it at 30mgs ed anyways as was suggested to me, and get the test asap.

And btw my stats are:

Age: 26
height: 5'8
weight: 145lbs
been hitting the gym for about 2 years... diet is good, i get enough rest etc, but i think i've just got poor genetics for big muscle building. That's why i thought i'd try out a cycle or 2 of gear just to see how big of a difference it would make. The plan was to just do one cycle, whether i get gains from it or not (probably will) and then stop and hope to keep those gains after i get off the gear. Does this sound like a reasonable plan guys? or is it really one of those things you can't stop once you start?

whats your diet like? 5'8 and 145 seems a little light. Would be at least 170 or so before i started

I have really small / light bone structure. I was 120 lb when I first started. My diet is in check, I take in around 3500 cal per day, 160-200g protein. I know it seems hard to believe, but it's just the way my body is I've never been able to go beyond, let alone reach 150 lbs and I haven't seen any gains in a while either... otherwise I wouldn't think of getting on some gear.

Your diet is not in check with those stats. Period. You shouldn't even be juicing. Just run PCT now and get your diet straight. Tbol only is shit for a cycle anyways. This is bullshit, I've seen countless guys say I can't get past a certain weight blah blah blah. Your not eating enough! I've been in the same position, trust me. It had nothing to do with you being unique and unable to get past a certain weight. 145lbs is not shit.

Everyone's body is different, I have a small frame and my genetics aren't great. I ain't using any of that as an excuse, because I love working out and will never quit. As I stated above, all I wanted to do was try a cycle of gear just to see how it works as in gains, how my body reacts to it, etc.

Also I eat as much as I can, and some weeks average 4000 cals ed. 3500 is just the general amount that I usually intake without having to take a sh*t 10 times a day. And 1.2 - 1.5x bodyweight of protein should be enough to build muscle and not sh*t out all the excess. So I think my protein intake is fine as well.

But hey if you give me some sound advice/suggestions, I'll definitely consider them :)

I'm no diet expert, but I suggest you go see 3J in the diet section and he will help you. I seriously doubt you are consisitently taking in 3500 to 4000 calories a day. Be honest with yourself and add up exactly how many calories you are taking in and what food sources.

i am, i count everything that i eat and watch my diet VERY closely. have been doing so, since i started training seriously a year ago, but sure i'll check out your suggestion.

I would listen to meathead. I had the same experience as you except a superdrol only cycle. My natty test shut off after 2 weeks so I quit and started the 4 week post cycle therapy (pct). Sweet piece of ass in front of me and I'd go limp. I still have some residual effects (2 weeks after PCT), I'm definitely not shut off but I don't have the sex drive as before. I'm getting bloodwork this week before I run some clomid+hcgenerate to try to get me back to normal.

With that being said...This was a wake up call for me and I'm not touching gear for a few years. I'm 24yoa 6' 0" 10%bf and 205lbs. I've gained 25 pounds this last year which I contribute completely to a clean diet. My intensity in the gym stayed the same but my strength went up. I've been lifting for 10 or so years and focusing on diet made all the difference. A very strict diet btw. When I first started what I thought was 4000 calories was only 2500 calories : ). Not to mention the issues I worked out with macros.

U need to hit up 3j can get ur diet in check.

one thing these guys are promoting is making sure your diet is in check and that you are peaking your natural potential before turning to gear, this and moderation

both are very smart advice. I had not seen your stats b4 commenting and I don't doubt that you have tried and are counting your calories.

these guys and myself are just making sure you don't go from making one rushed decision or one " f- up" into another one brother. good luck

superdrol only not worth shutting down for. people dont realize that a cycle is only for several weeks and then post cycle therapy (pct) and then you can have long lasting effects. so good your sharing this experience ... hope you get your levels up

and yet 25 lbs without juice this is good example of how important diet and proper training are before cycle

What you thought was 4000 was 2500? Hmm, interesting. I'll have to check out this 3j like you guys are suggesting.
