I'm getting everything lined up to start my fourth cycle this fall and want to see what tweaks the community recommends.

26 years old, 5"9", 175lbs, ~8% BF, have been actively lifting for 8 years

15 Week Cycle - 23gauge 1.5" Quad pins

W1 - W5 - 50mg ed Dbol
W1 - W15 - 500mg wk - Test E
W1 - W3 - 600mg wk Eq
W4 - W15 - 800mg wk Eq

I havent decided which route to take for PCT but I plan on starting 10 days after last pin

D1 - D3 - 100mg - Torefemine
D4 - D10 - 80mg - Torefemine
D11 - D20 - 60mg - Torefemine

OR

W1 - W2 - 40mg - Nolva
W3 - W4 - 20mg - Nolva

OR

W1 - W2 - 50mg - Clomid
W3 - W4 - 25mg - Clomid

Who recommends running an AI with the cycle? PCT? Both? or None?

I'll also be taking regular vitamins, fish oil, CLA, Glucosomine, etc....

Clean diet will consist of 45% Proteins, 35% Carbs, 20% Fats and will maintain near 3500 calories.

At 8% you sure as shit won't need a 1.5" pin for your quads, 1" will do. Save the 1.5" for glute shots.

Also with Test and Dbol, definitely use an AI on cycle. May want to add some HCG on cycle and Test E is a long ester wait 21 days after last pin to start PCT.

haha great! I guess I think that its really getting into the muscle with a 1.5 but hate the agony and anticipation of putting it in.

Do you have a preference on what PCT to take?

Someone with more experience will chime in on the PCT, being on TRT myself I've never done much if any research on PCT and tend not to take much notice of it.
However, most will recommend Clomid + Nolva for PCT.

Does it take forever to shoot with the smaller gauge? I have had some soreness in the past because of too fast of an injection

U should be pinning more areas besides just your quads. No reason for starting eq at 600mgs then jumping it to 800mgs. Do one or the other. Toremiphene is fine for pct. I personally think clomid and nolva pcts are a lil outdated but seems to be the norm on this site. U definitely should run an ai while on cycle. If u want to do a 20 weeker, go for it. Just remember time on equals time off. It can be more difficult to recover fully from longer cycles too.

I typically only do one cycle a year in the fall/winter months so time off isnt an issue for me. I feel like sticking the glutes is where to go but its difficult to get twisted around and still manage to see whats going on! Ive always alternated quads with only some soreness which only happens 2-3 times out of the 15 week run. I was reading up on guys pyramiding up and that way I'll use all of my gear.
