Ive decided to mix things up for a while. since all my training has consisted of body building for the past god knows how long. I wanna take a step in another direction to see if it will benifit me in the relm of more muscle gain.
With a little reasearch heres what Ive come up with:

MONDAY

Squat (5x5 routine)
Front squat 3X4
Leg Press 4x6(heavy)
Leg Extensions 3x10(moderate)
Leg Curls or Seated Leg Curls 3x8
Seated or Standing Calf Raises 4x15

WEDNESDAY

Bench Press (5x5 routine)
Incline Bench/Decline Bench 3x10
Wide-Grip Bench Press 1x10
Dumbbell Bench Press 3xfailure
Behind-the-Neck or Front Shoulder Press or Seated Press 4x6
Lateral Raises or Bent-Over Lateral Raises 3x10
Barbell Curls 3x8
Hammer Curls 3x8

FRIDAY

Deadlift (5x5 routine)
Good Mornings 3x10
Behind-the-Neck/Front Pulldowns 4x6(heavy)(alternate)
Cable Rows, Dumbbell Rows, or Machine Rows 3x10(moderate)(alternate)
Shrugs 3x10
Close-Grip Bench Press 3x10
Triceps Extensions or Dips 3xfailure
Heavy Cheat Curls 2x6
Hammer Curls 3x8

hows this look? if you dont agree with it can you point me in the right direction of, or do you have a good weekly power lifting routine you could share?.

Cheers for feedback.

If theres too many lifts which I do agree with what would you remove or change?

Did I read the sticky? yeah I did mate cheers.
Ive read over them but due to the direction that thread went it had me wondering how true it could be why would that guy not show us pics or vids, for all we know it could be a fat cunt sitting infront of a monitor 'Claimimg to be a professional' no disrespect if he's not. I am aware of the lifting routines but at the end of the day that is one mans opinion on his 5 favorite lifts, Like he mentioned If you have just read this and are totally unfamiliar with these lifts then dont try them. That was the same problem I had with DC TRAINING if Im unsure with how a lift works then I will avoid it for safty sake until I become educated on it. Which is what Im doin atm, posted was an example of a lifting routine I came across That a 'Trainer' claimed worked really well for him and all who have used it, I took a look and made a few minor adjustments.

Cheers

Well I actually worked with IA so I can say he is the real deal and will get results. I suggest trying one of those out. You might get better results getting away from the idea that you need a crazy amout of work in the gym.

Pullinbig was the one talking shit in that thread? He is a bitch anyway and used to be good with IA then his pussy started hurting or something.

Well if he's still lurking these boards that should grab his attention. lol
Im swaying towards DC or 5x5 which would you say was the better of these two?
