How bad is something such as Taco Bell for you on a bulk? If I eat 500 calories at TB, or 500 calories of chicken, for the purposes of bulking shouldn't it yield the same result? Or is it the macros in the two different meals that make a difference? I have to say, sometimes I'm just not feeling like cooking and want to drive into town for something quick.
