Fast food and bulking

How bad is something such as Taco Bell for you on a bulk? If I eat 500 calories at TB, or 500 calories of chicken, for the purposes of bulking shouldn't it yield the same result? Or is it the macros in the two different meals that make a difference? I have to say, sometimes I'm just not feeling like cooking and want to drive into town for something quick. :dunno:

I guess what I'm still a little bit unsure about is whether or not there's a difference between 5g of protein from a crunchwrap supreme, and 5g of protein from a chicken breast.

If the crunchwrap supreme is chicken - then its likely similar (has an amino acid profile that is similar). The difference is all of the other shit that comes with a crunchwrap supreme..

You could eat it to get the protein, but there are a bunch of other 'hitchhikers' that come with it (e.g. lots of saturated and trans fats, etc.).
 
Yeah bro protein is protein (well sort of - diff protein sources have different aa profiles) - you just gotta decide if you wanna bulk clean or 'dirty'. Personally I throw in a cheat meal every once in a while and that works for me.
 
Don't use bulking as an excuse to get sloppy with your diet. Personally, I will stay away from fast food even while bulking. If I have a cheat meal I'd rather go to a restaurant I trust. But since you are bulking if you are hungry and have no food around you, go get some fast food, just make good choices.
 
Fast foods are responsible for the bulk, People take fast foods instead of fresh fruits and vegetables, and this is the core reason for people being fat.

Fast food is the reason for over weight.People have to avoid the fast food and always eat the healthy food instead the fast food...
