Fast Food that's grilled?

Supercharged

Mr. Homewrecker
Is it OK to eat things like grilled chicken (fajita's from Mexican restraunts), brisket, roast beef from Arby's, grilled chicken sandwich from ChickFillet?

I'm trying to figure out what fast foods I can eat, and still keep with the diet.

No, I don't eat out :D Fast food joints have the lowest quality food you can get, and shit like burgers has soy as a filler. Things that are whole meat (not ground or processed) is probably the best choice if you must eat something, but stay away from "sauces", mayo, cheese (it's not real, I'll tell you that much), etc. Drink only water, too. So basically find a plain hunk of meat and drink water if you eat at a fast food joint lol. Just keep in mind that it is probably the lowest quality hunk of meat you can get.

I only rarely eat out, and when I do it's a restaurant - never a fast food joint. When I'm at a restaurant, I like to order a hunk of meat and get some water. Not too many weird or nasty things they can do with meat and water :D

If you're doing a CKD or low carb diet, then you really won't be able to find something suitable to fit the diet, since basically anything fatty at a fast food place is JUNK. Also, a higher carb diet would be difficult to get a good meal suitable for that type of diet. Unless you can find some fresh fruit or something...otherwise the carbs are probably crap, too.
