Fat Burning & Traing advice needed.

Hi,

First time posting, I am new to all this.

Basically I reckon I am about 25% body fat hating my body right now have always been up and down with my weight I am currently 6ft and 16 stone. lowest ii have been is 13 stone, however I am after man boobs to go, traps to be big and arms, I find myself low on motivation can do about 2 mile max on cardio at the minute, I have heard of taking ALPHA T2 in line with training to help? is this advisable?

Sorry to sound like a loser, just want some advice from people who know what they are talking about. I am thinking I need to start off with a programme 7 day but where to start I have no clue.

can anybody out there help?

How old are you? How long have you been training?

And for the record... how much is a stone? I only understand lbs you communist bastard! :)
 
Start with your diet first find your daily caloric intake and eat 500 less than your maintenance. 7 day workout program may be a little excessive but it all has to do with your diet once you get that figured out find a workout plan and stick to it.

I think im actually 20% body fat and thanks for advice, much appreciated

I second that ^^ Diet is everything bro. Once you figure out your daily caloric expenditure, you will be able to eat less than what you burn and start losing the weight. I use MyFitnessPal.com to track my calories everyday. I would highly recommend using it (sorry to sound like I'm advertising).
 
Exercise and running is so important to lose your weight.Makes your better diet plan.EXERCISE BURN YOUR FAT AND KEEPS YOU ACTIVE AND MAINTAIN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.Daily gets up early in the morning and go for walk.
