Fat to fit motivation....

First off, this is my first post here under this name. Yrs ago I was a solid member who spent most of my free time cutting up with some original members..good times

Fast forward 8 yrs

I'm sitting at 278 lbs today, and have no clue how I let myself get this far. I completely quit working out yrs ago because of my high stress traveling job, and blew up... Now im looking at my first 5 month old son, and I want to be around for his life

I've been going to the gym every morning as I did yrs ago and I feel that drive again that I had in my college yrs, except I'm not a pin cushion anymore.

My only issue is I'm weak and fall off the meal wagon... I do good when I'm away from home 20+ days, but once im home from work it's sushi, restaurants, ect.ect

I'm debating on going back on a keto diet, but just want somebody to kick me in the ass

have you considered hiring someone to do your nutriiton?? many of my clients feel inclined to stick to the meal plan because they are held accountable with weekly check ins..


regardless its a question of will power..

i myself have these phases where i will add 5% bodyfat over a few months.. its not a joke.. we all go through it.. esp when you are an emotional eater..

you have to keep away from your triggers.. that's the real fight..
