OK finally got good help and all levels in check. Sex drive is through the roof and definitely improved in the weight room. Only problem is I'm constantly tired no matter how much rest I get. Anybody else ran into this problem.
 
yep - try adding b-12 injections. you can get at RUI (sponsor). even some sub-q daily. Also,for me - it mae a HUGE difference whn I did a mass-builder shake with large carbs and protein after working out. I use the one in the REd Plastic bottle. NOT just protein or you will be tired. I also added this shake in the morning and it fixe the tiredness in a week. I think your not getting enough carbs after working out and not recovering. I was using jus tprotein and when i added carbs, it fixed it. Also, no coffee - coffee will do that to you.
 
Thanks I'll give that a shot. We think maybe my E2 levels got to low for me. Backed off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) starting to feel better after only skipping one dose.
 
Are you running hcg??? If so, how much? And what dose of ai??
Hcg, just like clomid, will knock you the fuck out. You gotta get dialed in to an amount that works for you. Low e2 levels will definitely attribute to fatigue also.
 
Chip I was but you had me stop both Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Clomid for 2wks but the fatigue stayed. Next we backed off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) was 1mg mo,wed,Fri I skipped mo and I do feel better not sure how many I should skip. I do want to start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) again starting to loose the money shot not cool. what would be a good dose. I've done as much as 600 iu 2x/wk.
 
Break off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the rest of the week. Hit the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 500iu/twice wkly. Get the baby batter flowing again. Then let me know how you are feeling in a week. We just need to get your estrogen dialed in the right way.
 
Wow... 600Iu and 500Iu twice a week of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) seems like an awful lot before you get everything dialed in.

Like Chip said, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) will knock you on your ass big time... if you are going to stay at that level I would take it at night and be prepared to feel like shit the next day.

I also agree with Chip that the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) was too high and that can really screw with you big time.

It seems we are seeing a lot of people on this forum and others who are complaining of problems from fatigue, lack of sleep, headaches etc... and it usually turns out that they have started way too high on Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or HCG.

No one has any idea how your body is goin to react to everything you are putting in it (test, HCG, AI)....it is better in my opinion to start slow, see how your body reacts check your levels in 6 weeks and go from there.
 
still think you need carbs in morning and after working out. it fixed me and i'm doing 250 twice/week of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and all the other stuff this guy is doing. I felt just like him and its cause I was lifting more and more often on the juice and NOT giving my body the stuff to recover - protein AND carbs. Lifting more=more recovery time and food.
 
Alright everything is good to go. Lowered the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and feeling great. Nice to finally have someone in my corner who knows what he's talking about Thanks chip.
