Favorite protein powder / Multi-vit?

I'm always keen on trying out new protein powders just for the change in taste. I've gotta say that the Muscletech Vanilla Cake is really good, probably my favorite of all. A close second would be Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate. What are your favorite brand/flavors? I'm not really a brand person, I get small sample size servings and if I like the flavor I order some along with something I know I'll like.

Was also wondering what people use as a multi-vit? I've used Opti-Men, they seem to be the best bang for your buck. Anyone have a better brand or is it all just the same stuff packaged differently? I'm not sure what to look for in a good multi-vit.

I really don't have a favorite powder as I'm still looking for one that really has everything I want. Muscle milk tastes great and as it has a mix of casein and whey, is ideal for my breakfast, but it's pretty high in carbs. ON is pretty good all around, but most of the flavors are a little sweet for my liking. I liked Jay Robb as it's decent tasting and has a good profile - but is pretty spendy. Cellucor makes pretty good powders, but I like my shakes blended with ice, and they get a hair on the thick side due to being cold processed. Musclepharm clumped a bit for my liking, but was alright for the cost. Geez, I could go on and on lol.

Orange triad is and always will be my favorite multi. It sucks gobbling down 6 horsepills a day, but they have pretty much everything you need at a competitive price point.

My .02c :)

I like Pure Protein which I get at Costco. 30g protein and 2g net carbs at 160 cal. The chocolate one tastes decent.

I don't take multivitamins. I try to get it from my diet, but the protein shakes are fortified so that helps.

BSN Syntha6 and Syntha6 isolate are VERY tasty, and mix well.
I use Ultimate Nutrition ISO Sensation and I enjoy that stuff too. I only use isolates as I find after time regular whey upsets my guys.

And mutliV I use Magnum Nutraceuticals Primer packs. That company isnt huge but they make some good products.

I tend to buy protein in bulk whenever I find something that is super cheap, because I'm super cheap. So I end up buying a bunch of different brands. The only one that really stood out was MyProtein. I got some unflavored stuff and that was terrible. It was hard to choke down 10 lbs of that stuff. Oh, and they had some grass-fed whey from Natural Grocers once that was decently priced so I picked up like half a pound of that. Also absolutely terrible

I've always found the Costco stuff, VitaCost, and ON to be just fine. When they are flavored they always taste a little 'fake?'

KAIZEN whey isolate from Costco. cheap as dirt, taste about the same to.
35g protein, .5g fat, and 1g sugar.
