Guys just got myself a new training partner and he is very adamant that the best way to train is pyramidding but i thought warm up then 3 proper work sets were best?? Could people put there opinions.techniques forward?
Using the chest as an example - i will show how I and he train.
How i was doing it is:
bar - warm up
60kg - warm up
100kg - set of 8
100kg - set of 8 struggling
100kg - set of usually 6 - 8
My training partner beleives in
bar - Warm Up
60kg - warm up
100kg - set of 8
110 - set of 6 - 8
120 - set of 4 - 6
80 - Rep out
what would people agree with???
