fuck! i just tweaked my lower back doin deadlifts. happened on my last rep of last set too. doin triples with 465 and i was having trouble and i think i rounded out just a little. now i can barely lean over at all. i took some advil and have been icing it down. any suggestions on how too treat this better. im not going to work out for a little untill it feels better, then take it easy on back exersizes.
