Feedback, noob..young

I'm 19 /5 11/ 145lb and i plan on getting test prop 100mg 20ml for an 8-10 week cycle. PLEASE DO NOT start replying with the "i'm too young crap" because i am aware of that. I understand that it is better to wait until i am at least 21+. But i do feel that i am done growing. I'm taller than most of the guys in my family but i am just really skinny, i've always been skinny. I never have really been an active kid because i wasn't really raised in the greatest environment. My bones in general are really small and i believe that this will also help with that as well. I plan on taking my cycle extremely serious eating properly and working out 5x a week:

Mon
biceps & back

tues
legs

wed
chest & tri

thurs
legs

fri
full body

abs everyday, cardio everyday.

i do not plan on drinking and partying while i'm on my cycle and i will get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I'm going to take HCP and tamoxifen for my PCT.
I really appreciate everyone out there who is looking out for teenagers to not do steroids but i'm already set on taking them i would just really appreciate it if someone could give me feed back on my plan and if i should do anything else while i'm on my cycle.. and please don't put me down if this has all been asked before. i've been researching a ton but some good replies would make me feel more comfortable. And i'm okay with injections ED. MY friend who is actually a year younger than me just finished his cycle and he looks great and said the injections weren't that bad.
 
don't ask questions from people that know more than you if you are going to tell them not to answer certain ways. there is a reason why everyone that reads this will tell you to stay the hell away from gear. in fact, there are about 12 reasons at least.

you know it is stupid to do it but you want to do it anyway because you don't have the determination to learn how to gain weight thebright way. you talk about eating right an training right when you get on the gear that is bull shit bro sorry. if you can't do it before th gear you have mo business going anywhere near steroids, ESPECIALLY not when they are so unnecessary.

p.s don't do cardio everyday. in fact don't do it at all until you need it.
 
You're too young to take AAS!

At your age you'll already have huge amounts of all the hormones you need to get big, if you eat big and train big. That's all you need to do.

Plan to? Or already are? If you're even considering AAS you should have been eating properly and working out at least a few years. Judging by your stats you haven't.

Sounds to me you're looking for a quick fix and there isn't one.

Training 5 times a week is too much. Training cardio every day is too much. Training ABS every day? There's no need if you're doing all the big exercises that work your core.

HCP? You mean HCG. Have you even looked at or studied proper post cycle therapy (pct)? Have you read about taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) through the cycle?

If you're really intent on doing this, then you need to READ, READ & READ more before going ahead with this.

It isn't something that you can mess about with, you could f*ck your body up for the rest of your life. Hell your growth plates won't even have closed yet.

Also, look up Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Follow his program and you'll pack on tons of muscle in just a few months.

Once those gains stop rolling in, then follow the program in this link:

Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version

Not only will it make you strong, but it'll add plenty of muscle AS LONG AS YOU EAT.

Take advantage of how skinny you are - you can eat super calorie dense foods to really jack up the calories and not worry about becoming a fat ass right away.

The thing that kills me is the "plan to" wording like this poor guy never been to the fucking gym.

The "HCP" for post cycle was classic. Amigo you dont know your HCP from your asshole.

Man, at first you just need to spend some time in the gym and learn the difference between a dumbell and your dumb-ass.

been playing it low key around here. too many fucked up noob posts. More than ever really.

As for me, not yet. Added some carbs in to the mix. Still wanna stay relatively lean until the race, but then again I'm getting stronger by the day. And the juice hasn't even kicked yet so I'm getting excited. i pulled 475x5 from the floor Saturday. Gonna be a fun next 4-5 months.

Lets find out..

Soo many people, in the history of my career, have come about thinking that gear was the quick, easy, and magical way out of all their problems..


So in response to this, iv made a little check list here.. if you fall under any of these catagories, put down the needle, vial, orals, or anything that pertains to gear and take a step back.. YOUR NOT READY!!


1. You have no idea what your doing with steroids or any compounds that relate to it. In other words, you dont know the dosage amount, possible side effects, and proper characteristics of each compound

2. You havn't reached your natty potential because simply put you havn't been training for a couple of years.. be warned, if you jump on gear and get big your tendons will not keep up with you and the chances of tearing them increase three fold, your connective tissue is not gonna grow like your muscles on cycle..

3. Your diet has sucked or currently sucks because you dont know how to eat to grow and you are lifting without the proper nutrition. If you dont know what macronutrients, BMR/TDEE, and the many macro splits that come with it are, your not ready(we have a wonderful diet section in this forum and recommend you get your diet checked to see where you stand)

4. Your under the age of 24-25 years old. A person of this age usually has alotta of natty test running through their system and is wasting that away by adding synthetic test. Take the time to reach your natural limit.. this is very very important

5. You have no idea of the essential that come with lifting because you weren't taught correctly or you just began

6. You dont understand what rest means because your in the gym 6 days a week pumping away.. this will burn out your CSN (central nervous system) and you will stun growth and raise the risk of injury

7. You dont know what a PCT is


I cant tell you guys how many 6'1 150lb guys (or those of the sort with unproportionate stats) have asked me for cycle advice when they should be asking me for proper diet & training advie... If your not disciplined to eat and workout correctly then your not discipled to do gear..


If you dont listen to the advice above, the consiquences could be dier.. gyno, bloat, permanent damage to your HPTA (which means low natty test for the rest of your life btw)

dude... at 145 ur not done growing...u need to eat lots more get more rest and not do cardio everyday. food Is the number 1 thing to grow, not gear, at ur age ur test levels should be peaking. take advantage of that and make gains off that. You will thank yourself in the future.
 
thanks everyone for the feedback (at least those who left out dumb ass) and once again regardless of what you say, i'm going to do it. i understand that it isn't the smartest choice and i should have told you guys that i'm going to train a little before i jump into this. i won't be receiving this for at least a month anyway and don't plan on taking it for a month after that so two months of training is all i'm doing. and i'll be 20 by then. i don't want to weigh more than 195 in my life time anyway, i'm not looking to be extremely huge like a lot of you guys are... just an average guy. MOST PEOPLE THAT ARE ON HERE are way bigger than i want to be. a lot of chicks don't think that being that big is that attractive so i'm good at where i wanna be at.


IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME A PROPER DIET I CAN FOLLOW FOR MY TWO MONTH TRAINING THAT WOULD BE GREAT :].

I don't condone in steroid use at 19.. But alot of the kids I know at the gym are 18-19 thinking about/doing them. I was lucky enough to not had them available that young, I mean only 23 now but when these younger guys ask I'm not gonna lie, I answer em, if I don't they'll do what my buddies did at that age and go in blind. I always focus more on PCT advice, but trying to discourage kids by saying eat and lift I don't think is always the safest option..
