Hi guys, I need some advise. I'm thinking of starting Anavar (var) soon but would like some feedback on my workout and meal plan. My goal is to cut to 120 LBS. Will Anavar (var) get me there sooner then without it? I try to eat around 1500 cals per day and up my calories once a week to 2500. Anything I should watch for with Anavar (var) ? 10mg a day is what I plan on. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Meals 5per day
1/3c Oatmeal, 1c of blueberries, 1 tbsp flax oil, ½ c egg whites, 1 egg
Protein shake with water, 10 almonds
4oz chicken, ½ avocado, veggies
4oz chicken, 100g yams, veggies

Workouts
Sunday – Chest – bench 3 sets flys 3 sets
Monday – Biceps – EZ curl bar 3 sets, 3 sets of other
Tuesday – Triceps – Dips 3 sets, rope push downs 3 sets
Wednesday – Shoulders – DB Press 3 sets, front/lateral raises 10r/10r 2 sets
Thursday – Back – Pull ups 3 sets, bent row 3 sets
Friday – Legs – Leg press higher reps, body squats (sometimes I skip depending how my body feels)
Saturday – Rest
Cardio 4-5 days a week. Running on treadmill 3 miles or high incline walk for 30 mins
