Feedback on Diet to Hit Goals

Right now I am sitting at 217, around 17% body fat. I am splitting my goals into two three month intervals. By by Feb 1 I would like to be around 205, and I by May 1st I would like to be around 195 with as much lean mass as possible.

Here is my daily average log from my log and my split -
Protein Carbs Fat
45% 43% 12%
263 251 68

This is a daily average of 2700 calories per day. Where should I adjust to hit that first 3 month goal?
 
I'm not very experienced with diet... but I would look into 3J. He has very reasonable prices, and the end results are always good!
