Feel like shit

Hey bros, I'm ending my first cycle (start clomid Saturday) and I've been sick for the past two days. I dont know if this is just coincidence or because of low test levels thats making me feel this way.

My symptoms are general weakness and joint pain in my legs beyond belief. Hip joints, knees and ankles are sore as a mofo. Weakness is so bad in my legs its somewhat of a challenge to even stand up.

cycle was Sustanon (sust) and dbol if that makes a difference.

So basic question is, is this just coincidence or could it be gear related?

any input is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks guys.

Well we need more info to answer your question. Like how long was your cycle? Are you sure you are timing the clomid right, I mean after all Sustanon (sust) does have some long ass acting esters. Anyway sounds like you might be getting some sort of flu or cold, more than likly due to the fluctuations in you hormones. Please remember that all Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cause interactions with immune function. If I were you I would go with a low dose of dboll in the am 10mg (no more!!) each day at the same time. Look up some info on this so you can understand how to do it properly. The reason you might be getting sick is b/c your cortisol levels are on the rebound which sends immune function down the drain. A low dose of dboll will suppress cortisol allowing your immune function to level out. You can also recover your hpta at the same time if done properly.

I have been doing 10mb dbol in the morning and will continue till saturday. I started this about 10 days ago to keep test levels up while the Sustanon (sust) got out of my system.

Saturday will be 3 weeks since my last injection.

8 week cycle.

I'll be starting clomid and clen (coritsol suppression) saturday.

Any more ideas or opinions?

I didnt know if this was unique or fairly common when coming off cycle (1st cycle).

Thanks.

When we start a steroid cycle we tend to train harder and with more intensity. This is usually because we get more motivated while on the juice, but we also recover much easier which is the reason steroids help us gain more lean weight.

Unfortunately we can train with such higher levels of intensity that by the end of a cycle we start to get into an over trained state. Your suddenly getting sick is more than likely caused by getting into an over trained state.

The best thing you can do, which is what has always been recommended when coming off a cycle is to take some time off from training for a week or so.

Do worry about loosing your gains, the time of will actually allow your body to fully recover and thus improve or solidify your gains.

In my opinion taking a week off from training right after a cycle is a BAD idea. Thats when you need to be turning up the cal intake and switching your training routine.

I disagree.Either take a couple of weeks off or train very light for a little while,it wont harm you.....Rest,Rest,Rest while your body is in a catabolic state, good luck.On the other hand up your protein and keep the cals high

Thanks for the responses guys, cept for B F0ld, get a life...... The real b fold is 10x the human being you'll ever be
