7oz chicken 60 G protein 7 g fat
1/4 tbsp olive oil
5 oz sweet potatoe
3/4 cup red kidney beans
3 whole meal wraps
Meal 3
Tuna 30g protein
1tbsp peanut butter + +1/4tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
Broccoli 1 cup
5 oz sweet potatoe
3/4 cup red kidney beans
3 whole meal wraps
Meal 4
7 oz chicken
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Broccoli 1 cup

Bro, I mean this with total sincerity and the utmost respect. I think you're seriously worrying yourself sick. What about this cycle has you so freaked out? Is it the fact that you're putting chemicals in your body, or is it the super strict diet you're now adhering to? Normally I'd investigate all the symptoms, but you've been having problems since pin #1. This leads me to believe that you're stressing yourself sick.
R e l a x. Go get a massage, go eat a pizza (that's a lot of beans in one day imo), DON'T go to the gym for a day. Do something to take your mind off your cycle for a day and see how that makes you feel.
If you still feel like crap after taking a breather, then start eliminating possible antagonists. Otherwise, go enjoy your relax day mang.

^^^ great advice man , try relaxing for a bit , your amount of adex isnt enough to be crashing estrogen , just chill and see if u can make the symptoms go away just by forgetting about them , then from there u can work out problems if u realy believe u still have them and persist
