feeling old

New member
Hey,everybody I am new to this and want to get opinions on some things. I am 50 years old and 6' 1' 220lbs. I am in good shape but not very muscular. iI would like to define what I have and gain a little strength. Does anybody think Turanobol maybe at 20 to 40 mgs a day for six weeks would be a place to start. any advice is appreciated.

Oral only ??? I dunno your older and I hear lots about hrt/TRT for folks your age<<< no offense but some of these other cats will chime in.

thanks for the quick responseI have not done anything yet, but want some vigor, like I said just going real slow and with alot of good advice from people like yourself thanks

I have, all is good i could write all day but dont want to drag anything out, i am in very good shape internaly, all blood levels are in good ranges.i always wanted to be more muscular, hopefully doing it as safe as possible, thanks

you could do a test only cycle 500 a week 12 weeks some will say run d bol with it to. Due toi the age though I really aint sure on cycles.... But intrested in seeing some responses .

Yea wait for some experienced guys to come in. I'd guess a mild test cycle(250-400mg/week) would have you feeling young again.

thanks, i am taking all advice then decide, i have been slowly reading on this for a while and want to be educated before i start thanks

Steroids may not necessarily be the answer. Have you tried the basics, getting more protien, maybe get a good diet down? Switch up your wourkout routine? Also what about the basics protien and creatine?

i suggest u speak to dr john crisler. he is an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) specialist and specialises in helping men of ure situation.

i wouldn't jump on any bandwagon as the result of advise or feedback from any forum. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) specialists will take special tests and assess u thoroughly to make sure ure a prime candidate and to prevent any other serious side effects to ure other organs.

google the name and email him. he has a profound background and knowledge on steroids as well.

for more information on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) u can google that as well.

I am your age...actually, 2 years older. I've been lifting for about 6 yrs and was getting very discouraged with my strength and muscle gains. I started researching to see if there was any way to achieve my training and development goals, feel better, and increase my libido. I've tried the usual over the counter sups...creatine, NO products, and a host of other money wasting products...all to no avail. So, after the research, I have decided to take the plunge into the dark side and do a 12 week cycle of test enthanate. I will be taking my first injection of 400mg in the first week of January.
HGH (human growth hormone) might be a good choice as well but it wasn't within my affordable range.
BTW, my doc tells me that all of my blood levels are in the normal range for someone my age as well. Problem is, I don't want to be like most other 52 year olds that I know (pot bellies and stagnant lifestyles)

How right you are I have a doctor visit in a week for unrelated reason but i am going to ask alot of questions. thanks for response

I m pushing 46..what are your test levels ?
Mine were 110..but then I geared a good bit in my 20 s..OK...I did a lot so this is probly my fault.
Laid off 11-12 years..but have always been athletic..it s my hobby..and my bodies performance is integral to my making a living.
Bout 18-24 months ago..I felt like a complete work up was due..nothin was getting better in the gym..when things go good in the gym they go better throughout all aspects of my little cosmos dude.
My test was half of minimum..
After trying andro gel..it s fkn lame..I took it into my own hands..My doc is cool..I ve done Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) doses 150-200 mgs a week of cyp..interrupted by a couple- three cycles..10-12 weeks on..mainly with test..off for 12-16 weeks-- repeat..but thats me.
I would get those numbers...from your doc..or an Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinic...before I did anything else.
I feel so much better..
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for me..with some augmentation..
But that s me.
GH is on the radar...ongoing cost benefit analysis...
