Few more questions, . .

I am banned!
I injected my third shot of t and had some questions about the procedure.

1. When aspirating, how hard do you tug on the plunger? I noticed with the insulin needles if I pull on it, I get a vacuum air bubble. I kinda get worried about the bubbles.

2. After injecting, there is still some residual T left in the syringe. I know some people combat this by leaving air at the top of the syringe purposely to push every drop of T into themselves. Hell no am I gonna mess with that so I was wondering, . . (stupid question), could you rub the droplets of T on your skin so that it doesn't go to waste?

Thanks

I barely pull back on the plunger. If you feel any resistance at all that means you are fine. The little bubbles you see when injecting your HCG is nothing at all to be worried about. As far as rubbing the excess test on your skin, not really sure about that one. Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in. Overall, how is the protocol going?

I've only been on for 9 days today so I don't feel anything. My sleep is less deep meaning I wake up to noises that I would normally sleep through and I've been waking up a lil' earlier. Also, I have this very faint feeling of lightheadedness/dizziness.

yep, I always leave a bit of air at the top to push the last bit of T into me. I've lived through every single shot so far :)

Any chance you have sleep apnea? Boosting T levels can make OSA worse.

Yes, I do have sleep apnea but the doctor said it was very mild and not severe enough to warrant a sleeping machine at the moment. I only stop breathing when I lay on my back so I was supposed to wear a shirt with a tennis ball sewn on the back to prevent me from sleeping on my back.

I sound like a broken record but take 100mg timed release 5-htp an hour before bed. If I don't, my serotonin gets too low to convert to melatonin to put me into deep sleep and I wake up a lot just like you. Test lowers serotonin. I don't know why you are feeling lightheaded...are your rbc numbers in range? What's your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose?

thanks again CJW. I am running out now and picking up a bottle of this. You can get it at your local vitamin shop.

I have been having the same sleep issues as well.

Broken record or not, this info needs to be out there. Keep bringing it:)

Oh btw if you are talking about an insulin needle doing a sub q shot there is no need to aspirate. lol
