Few questions about levels

Been on trt for almost 4 months now and got levels checked a few days ago.

Total = 1154
Free = 28.39
Free % = 2.46

Is this ok? Is my free T low? Can't really find much about free T online. Another thing was my Estradiol was at 77, is that too high? Not sure if it matters but test was taken around 2pm.

Without reference ranges those numbers mean nothing. Also 2pm, how many days after shot? What sort of protocol?

At 77 E2 is probably too high. Do you have any symptoms? Acne? nocturnal cramps?
Your T and free T appears plenty high, though without ranges it's hard to tell.
I think you'll likely need an AI at your current dose.

If your E2 is measured in pg/ml it is too high at 77.

Low Free T might indicate high SHBG. Get that and your TSH checked.

Why don't you have reference ranges for you labs? Every lab in the world includes them with results.

So how are you feeling four months into TRT? What are you taking and what is your protocol?

If you used labcorp, most likely your ranges are
Free T 9-26
Estradiol 7-42.6
So your free T is fine, but estrogen needs to come down. This will also increase your free T.

Little bit of acne on back/shoulders, nothing too bad tho. No nocturnal cramps
Will talk to doc about the levels and an AI.

Will talk to doc about those 2 tests. Thanks. So is my free T considered low?
Can't remember the ranges off the top of my head.. I do remember estradiol said 20-55 but he didn't say anything about it. Seemed high to me tho, so figured I'd get some opinions here and know what to ask when I go back in 3 months.

I'm feeling really good so far. Better each week. I'm taking 100mg of test cyp per week.

Thanks for that range on free T, couldn't really find anything when I searched.

You are the one who told us that your Free T is low without including reference ranges. You would know better than I do. Each lab is different.
