Matt I gave you an honest critique which you ignored or missed by the way. Answer the following questions for me....

1. How many weeks have you been on total or total cycle history?
2. Post your diet.
3. Post a vid of your big 3 lifts so we can help you with your form.
4. After seeing your week 1 and week 9 pics side by side, what improvements do you notice to your body??
5. Post pics of your legs.

I will try to help you but stop being defensive. As I a always say....If you don't want my apples, don't shake my tree.
 
I once again will silent the crowd in my own way, this forum is full of fucks anyways, think posting smuck but they cant do there own log to see how they far out, other then process pics 2 years down the road, and to be honest majority ofnthe people on here on just pack rats as well

I've seen a lot of dudes recover from being complete fucks on this forum but I'm going with this is in no way salvageable

Your whole persona is built on you being this "big dude" who struts around the gym staring at people and scowling, people dont look up to guys like you, they just get unnerved when you are around.
Try smiling once in a while and be a little more approachable.
