to be fair all that guy really did was drop fat. 18 weeks is a lot of time to drop fat if you're dieting. he most likely didnt really put on much muscle, he just cleaned up his diet and leaned up. definitely a big improvement from where he was, but not much muscle gained in my opinion

Got the same frame as my buddy at the gym, he is half indian and genetics through the roof
With his nstive indian blood tren just makes him a monster haha, nice guy, but seen him pissed a few times people leavig there weihts laying around not a pretty site lol
The shit I am on is just a sprinkle to him over a gram a week of tren easily with who knows how much test
Hes a test, tren guy himself

Like in my case Im sure I have a good amount of muscle under what I need to lose.

So sometimes it isnt about building muscle, just losing what you have to expose the muscle you currently have.

Either way he did a great job.
 
Why people post pics of other people is beyond me, if u wanna post a pic why not post a pic of your physique, he did the complete opposite of what my goals are right now, yes he did a great job, he went on a cut like I said I am on a surplus

Yeah I did, and I also said I was into the bb aspect of the game, was into max weight, so I really didnt care how much weight I put on as long as I lifted heavy for 1 to 2 reps thats all that matter to me
Was up to 250 before I went on my 16 week cut, had to chop shit off in the process
