I'm not a friend with ur xfriend gram. Actually we dislike each other. But flopping this way on him , attacking his physique is something that should be last on ur list as his body is quite impressive.
Matt, u are humiliating urself by doing that, it's so much childish to deal with a person as a mentor then start putting him into the ground cuz he criticized you. Not a good approach.
Once u said u ll work on ur attitude but I guess u failed.

He won't listen. The gear has it seems, affected him mentally to a state of possible mania, he has to come beck to earth to understand what he is being like. There is no rationalizing with him right now, he seems to have gone from one addiction to another. Trying to get him down may be near impossible.
