Total cals 4000
Pro 380g
Carbs 390g
Fat 100g

Please let me know what I guys think

Personally i think not only are you consuming too much protein, but also your getting too much of it from shakes. I only have 1 shake a day on training days and thats post workout. If your gonna lower your protein cut out a couple of the shakes and bump carbs/fats up.
 
^^^this. If you keep that up, you're asking for kidney issues IMO. Shit man, Arnold didn't really go much over 300g of protein. I realize we're in a different era now, but I'm just sayin.... Do you fart like every 30seconds player? Like the smell of sulfur much :) ?
 
My goals are to push as big as I can possibly get 250-270, then cut, but keep it lean as possible
Myself I dont concern myself well its summer time I better cut, I got a goal in mind until then I am putting on mass till I reach my goal
If I am gainig weight but to much fat in the process ill adjust my diet

Your taking like 200g from shakes lol. C'mon man.

I do shakes inbetween meals, I scoop, with 1 cup egg white and drink up
I would honestly like to see somebody consume 400g pro with chicken
And I add 1 to 2 scoops in with my cup of oatmeal, taste awesome and love oatmeal

Unless your makig tons of coin and u can afford 10lbs a chicken a day go for it, as for me I try to get my meals in and add shakes inbetween with my oatmeal and egg whites to reach my protein daily intake
 
I recommend doing it my way. Your body probably isn't even using that protein from shakes. Whoknows if that sjit is even real. Anyways, ive found shakes to be a waste of time and money.
 
6'3 240 and zero shakes for over a year now. Food only. I only eat 200ish proteins a day. Sometimes I don't even get them all and I fall short at like 175ish grams.

Not debating bro, but do u habe a pic of your physique up close, front shot, back shot?
 
Yesterday I ate.

Bacon egg cheese bagel from DD
coffee roll donut

Nature valley granola bar

Slice pepperoni pizza
slice of ranch bacon pizza (so fucking good)

2 tuna steaks (35grams pr each)

Honey nut cherries woth lactaid milk


Im sure I ate something else In there somewhere....I don't remember

Edit... oh yea I had ice cream and a brownie at like 1130pm. With 2 jack on the rocks. 2 martinis. And a long island ice tea.

Everyones metabolim is dif bro, ehen I up the carbs seems like I gain fat in the process, thats why I upped the protein intake, left the carbs and fat inatke pretty much the same
 
Its funny tho, I post my pics, and get ripped on about my physique but others dont have no pics what so ever, not debsting or one upping, if u dont like what u see so be it, but dont ripp on my physique when u dont have notjing to back yourself up with
From hard times when I first started, to now, I personslly dont care, u can look back and few years back and judge from there

Honestly Matt, protein shakes are not a reliable source of protein. They should be kept to post workout intake. Ground beef and egg whites is a very limited source of protein. U should add some variety in the mix.
