yes you most certainly were trying to brag about how you can bench 320 at 195lbs while only on test e. and yes looking at your pic in this thread you are small. so what exactly are you getting on the OP about? im not trying to be a dick but this highschool mentality a lot of you guys have about ganging up on the OP and insulting him is lame. Yea his physique isn't anything special and he seems a bit delusional about it, but don't insult a guys physique if yours isn't any better.

Most everyone here gets it but you. There will always be nay-sayers and hecklers but you have to take it in stride. Do YOU lift for yourself or because you want everyone on ology to compliment your pics? When you get all but hurt and defensive you just bring the heckling on yourself. They do it because they see how easy it is to get a rise out of him and find it amusing. As stated... I am skinny... weak... and my physique is not special. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm one day closer to getting there and nothing anyone says about me on the internet is going to stop me from getting there nor cause me to get upset. :soap:

exactly my point. it's like high school all over again...lets pick on the guy and get a rise out of him. maybe you should spend less time on this forum and more time in the gym and you wouldn't be so small. give the guy some credit, he's hitting it hard and posting pics to gauge his progress. give him an honest critique and move on.

I think most did give him there honest opinion and he flamed. At least he stopped now but it seems you have taken his place. Highschool drama indeed.
 
everyone gets quiet when it comes time to "put up". if you cant back up all your shit talking with a decent physique then it's time to "shut up". only one ive seen pics of that has a good physique is jack3d...

im not defending him because I don't think his physique is good. he is way too cocky about his physique, but that doesn't give everyone the right to talk shit about it if you aren't any better. that's all im saying.
 
I'll throw in my 2 cents. Diet looks like it could use some work. You respond to everyone's tren threads on how people can either handle it or can't. Yet you seem to have lost your shit over a couple of critiques before this got out of hand. If you're going to post progress every week you're going to get peoples opinions whether you think its positive or negative. Work on that diet some and maybe split up your training throughout the day if you need to train for 3 hours.

I reserve the right to talk shit to anyone. My physique may not be impressive, but there is a distinct difference between me and OP: I don't GAF what people think of my physique. I don't go to the gym to be bigger/better than you or OP. I go to the gym to be better than me. OP should do the same. Not lose his shit when he gets people's opinions he doesn't like. All I'm sayin...
