You dont need to match them up at all, you can switch the dates around it you wouldnt know the difference.

You can use that photo on a "Proof steroids dont work" thread if you like.

You are living proof that you shouldn't jump straight on steroids, you need to clean up and build a base to work from, if not you will be worse than you were when you started once you finally come off.

Whatever haopened to the ban train, and the rule if you have nothing positive to say stay out of it. They said they were going to hand bans out, I haven't seen a mod in this thread yet (this thread which should be closed for what its worth)

Im currently 5'10 at 225lbs, and yes I dont look all that in clothes, you just look a fucking mess, wake up mate, you are not a "big dude", just get down to 5% BF and then post a pic of how "big" you are.

What can you say thats positive about this guys progress, apart from the fact he doesnt look worse and if you want to take into account the back acne thats debatable.

You keep feeding it man, you made progress from 2 years thats obvious. You getting all pissed off because people aren't sucking you off is a joke. You post a pic every week, you have to expect people are going to call it as they see it. If you dont like it dont post pics. Simple as that. Youre coming off as an asshole because youre snapping at anything and everyone you dont like. Threatning to kick some ones ass or telling them what you'd do to them in prison isnt cool or make you tough. It makes you an ignorant asshole.

The fact is one or more aspect of your diet/training/supplementing/habits, is not on par and is robbing you of gains. You are and have been running gear for a long time and the results "should" be much more drastic. If you are content and happy with them thats all well in good, but you need to learn how to take criticism, especially when you openly go looking for it.

Thing is, you make most of your gains within the first two to three years, after that its a long slog.
Bearing in mind your times nearly up and you look the same then I fear steroid use isnt for you.
You should take up cross fit and try and lose some blubber.
