That is literally identical to every other picture you have posted. I think a silhouette pic like mine shows more than a fucking w aiste up pic.. stop hiding your muffin top and your legs!

People dont sit there with a tape measure to measure your waist line, you build your back out to get that taper and illusion look nomatter if u have a small frame or bigger frame

First off tren doesnt arimitize, second of all running a low dose of test, third running an ai, forth, bloods state my e2 levels are in a normal range

do you have prami on hand?
 
Honestly Matt, protein shakes are not a reliable source of protein. They should be kept to post workout intake. Ground beef and egg whites is a very limited source of protein. U should add some variety in the mix.
im sure eggs are the most complete protein. If i'm wrong plz send me a link that has the list of most complete proteins.
 
I switch my meals up from time to time, but count the macros
6th meal of the day
6oz steak, can of tuna, 85g uncooked pasta, 1 tsp mayo/olive oil
