FFS do you keep muscle AFTER a CYCLE

Can someone give an honest answer that has actually done a cycle? I'm 18 and looking to possibly try a cycle of test and deca then Test and tren later in my life. Some people say u keep nothing others say u keep most. If u do keep most how long will you keep it? I know this will very depending on how good your diet/training is so let's just say its perfect.
 
Let you know in 7 years when you should be running a cycle. Work on your diet and training until then. I promise you, neither are perfect at 18. I'm over twice your age and I still have to make improvements to mine. ;)

That's weird, I was was actually planning on taking them at around 25. Anyways, if u do have perfect training and diet how much will you keep? Trust me, I'm far from perfect with that so it will be awhile. Who knows, by then I might choose to stay natural.
 
Question is far too broad. No reason to lose any gains unless you're either malnutritioned, or surpassed genetic potential and not using sufficient amounts of anabolics.
 
So your saying that if your eating and training right during and after there's no reason you should loose any muscle?

I did not go below that for 3-4 months after cycle before I started my next cycle

And side note I could of gained a lot more but I have school and work hard to gain off 4 hours of sleep and trying to eat like a king on a top Ramon budget

I would agree with this for the most part except:

if the individual has not yet built up the work capacity, training dedication + knowledge and nutritional background required in order to maintain a higher-level natural physique.
At 18yrs of age, I seriously doubt anyone would meet those qualifications without a very serious S&C coach.

Yes, I was just trying to reiterate the importance of that note & point out the practical situation/scenario specific to the OP while accounting for age.

You need FOOD..not a top Ramon diet,,,even if you bought it in bulk.

Didn't actually eat roman just saying I had no money to buy the food I needed to gain more.
Wanna be big gotta eat big, and it doesn't help when you are already big.
