Fiber Question

Fiber doesn't get absorbed at all I thought? It's more of a passer through to get your poopoos out. The fiber itself would be doing the absorption in your intestines as it passes through... right?

Great read my friend. Lyle always knows how to break it down.

I'd rep you again, but I haven't repped enough other people yet. I guess I gotta start gettin more reppy 'round here. Get your rep whistles out folks, the cpt is goin reppin tonight! :doggy:

And for the record, that was absolutely meant to be a rape innuendo.

I agree lyle is the man. I got my ring out just waitin for the Cptn to make a flyby lol.

:bootyshak

^^^^ and for the record that is "bring it" innuendo in response to your rape innuendo hahaha

LMFAO! Your vibrating ring? Did it fit???

HIDE YA KIDS, HIDE YA WIFE... CAUSE I'M REPPIN ERRBUDDY OUT HEEUR! :chimney:

I def like Alan more than lyle but lyle does have a way of making fun of ppl that is pretty fucking funny lol. If you like Alan you have to sign up for the AARR but worth it

I just haven't been able to break down and PAY for his blog, when I can find most of the info online for free... I debate it frequently, but have yet to be persuaded.

Would you benifit from supplementing fibre if your not getting enough with your daily macros? I know whole food is the best way to go, just curious.

Absolutely. Most people tend to neglect fiber, unknowingly. In all honesty it would be as easy as picking up some fiber one bars to help make up for it. That way you are in a sense still getting it from whole foods... even though it may be processed.

If you eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, and other high fiber foods you should be getting enough. If you're deficient, like Cpt said, it will def help out. But as always, high-fiber whole foods are better than purified fiber supplements
