Well, it's a start! Chip I sent you the first of the forms and look forward to hearing from you soon. The only problem that I had is that I have not seen my GP in just over 3 years. Yes....I'm one of those guys that don’t go to the doctor unless I'm bleeding to death. I can't remember her last name and tried to search for her on Methodist Physicians Clinic website and didn't have any luck. She might not practice there anymore....if that's the case I will find myself a new GP and get things rolling.

Yeah I don't go to the doctor anymore either since I got on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). lol NO NEED because I'm healthy as a horse aside from the cold I got from family I had for a couple days which is just about gone.

I got back some labs, not sure what to do from here, My tests didn't cover SHBG or free test so I don't think they will work for chip. Here are a few results though......


Total cholesterol _ 234 H
Triglycerides_ 153 H
LDL_ 140 H
HDL_ 63 N
FSH_ 1.2 L (ouch)
LH_ 2.5 L/N
testosterone serum_ 312 L/N
Estradial_ 20 N

All other test were normal for CBC, Metabolic with the exception of a slight elevation with monocytes.

Cool brother....I'm going to get my physical from a GP early next week. My old Doc I haven't seen in 3 years and it looks like she isn't at my clinic anymore. I'll get set up with someone new and fax the physical and all my blood work over to you next week.

Go to an urgent care and show them the form. It's easy enough they shouldn't charge you much, they charged me $50 and it took about 10 minutes.

My insurance sucks ass so urgent care runs me like $80 for copay....GP is only $40 so I'll wait untill tuesday, its not that big of a deal anyway but thanks for the responses.
